How do I add a product to my cart? Delete something from my cart?

Once you have added a title to your shopping cart via the "Click here to buy:" link next to the book of your choice presentation page, the contents of your shopping basket will then be displayed.
To delete items or change quantities, make the appropriate changes in the quantity field associated with each title (quantity 0 in order to remove the title), then click the "update quantity" button. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button to begin the payment process.

What are your online book shipping rates and delivery times?

For France and Monaco  :

3€ if your order is under 20€ but free shipping for orders over 20€. Allow 2-5 business days after the day your order ships from our warehouse.

For the European Union  and EFTA  :

1 article 5 €, add 2 € for each supplementary article

For the USA & Canada plus French Dom-Tom :

1 article 9 €, add 4 € for each supplementary article

For all other International addresses:

1 article 13 €, add 5 € for each supplementary article

International orders will be shipped via Airmail. Allow 6-10 business days after the day your order ships from our warehouse.

Do I have to sign in to use the Septentrion site?

It is not necessary to create a user account to browse the site or sign-up for newsletters. The first time you make a purchase on the site, a user account will automatically be created for you. This allows you to save your shipping, billing addresses and credit card numbers with us, to save time with future orders. All credit card numbers are stored in a 128-bit encrypted server. You may delete any or all of your stored adresses and credit card numbers at any time.

You may sign up to receive email alerts on any of our subject and book pages. You will receive periodic emails containing information on our latest book releases.
