Dans le Peri alypias de Galien, qui vient d'être redécouvert et édité par V. Boudon-Millot, Galien mentionne « le Platon de Panétius ». Étant donné le contexte, il est presque certain qu’il s’agit d’une édition de Platon par le philo­sophe stoïcien Panétius, édition dont on ignorait jusqu’ici l’existence.

Summary. In his Peri alypias, recently rediscovered and edited by V. Boudon-Millot, Galen speaks of "Panaetius’ Plato". Given the context, it is almost certain that this expres­sion refers to an edition of Plato’s dialogues by the Stoic philosopher Panaetius. Until now, the existence of this Panaetian edition was unknown.
