ORDERS

► How do I add a product to my cart? Delete something from my cart?

Once you have added a title to your shopping cart via the "Click here to buy:" link next to the book of your choice. You can the click on the shopping cart button to display the items selected.
To delete items or change quantities, make the appropriate changes in the quantity field associated with each title (quantity 0 in order to remove the title), then click on the "update quantity" button. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button to begin the payment process.

► Do I have to sign in to use the Septentrion site?

It is not necessary to create a user account to browse the site or sign-up for newsletters. The first time you make a purchase on the site, a user account will automatically be created for you. This allows you to save your shipping and billing addresses as well as credit card informations and will save time during future orders. All credit card numbers are stored in a 128-bit encrypted server. You may delete any or all of your stored adresses and credit card numbers at any time.

► I have a question about my order. How can I contact les Presses universitaires du Septentrion ?

► What are your online book shipping rates and delivery times?

- For France, French Dom-Tom DOM-TOM and Monaco:
For 1 book: 5,50 €
For 2 books: 7 €.
For more than 2 books, 10 €.
Allow 2-5 business days after your order ships from our warehouse.

- For the European Union and Switzerland:
For 1 book: 9,50 €.
For 2 books: 13 €.
For more than 2 books, 15 €.

- For all other International addresses:
For 1 book: 11,50 €.
For 2 books: 17 €.
For more than 2 books, 30 €.​
International orders will be shipped via Airmail. Allow 6-10 business days after your order ships from our warehouse.
