The collective book Résonance : Croisements entres arts et sciences à l'Université de Lille is the storytelling of collaborations between two disciplines : art and science, often opposed, but which can feed each other. Read More
For over fifteen years, the University of Lille is a hub for collaboration between artists, researchers, and scientists, fostering fruitful encounters between the worlds of art and science that have transformed practices and enriched the imagination. At the heart of this journey, the boundaries between disciplines have proven porous, giving rise to hybrid productions that sit at the intersection of art and science, enriching both fields. Since 2009, more than thirty works have been created, driven by various stakeholders. These productions have demonstrated new ways of conducting research through art, and the dialogue between disciplines has continued to grow over the years, highlighting the valuable experimental ground that interdisciplinary collaboration represents in both the creation and research process.
