Ce dossier est consacré au dernier cycle de nouvelles d'Anna Seghers, Trois femmes d'Haïti, tel qu'il fut présenté le 15 octobre 2014, à la Maison Heinrich Heine à Paris, à l'occasion de sa parution en français. Après avoir replacé ce recueil dans l'oeuvre de son auteure, Hélène Roussel introduit brièvement à chaque nouvelle, dont un extrait, lu à cette soirée par la comédienne Françoise Lepoix, est reproduit ici pour les lecteurs d'AA. Le dossier est complété par un entretien avec le traducteur Bruno Meur, et s'achève par un extrait du livre de souvenirs de Pierre Radvanyi sur sa mère Anna Seghers, évoquant le passage aux Antilles de sa famille en 1941, lors de sa fuite d'Europe en Amérique.

This dossier is dedicated to the final cycle of stories by Anna Seghers, Three Women from Haiti, which was presented on the publication of their translation into French on 15th October 2014 at the Heinrich-Heine-Haus in Paris. Helene Roussel first of all places the cycle within the framework of the author's whole work and then gives a brief introduction to each story, from which an extract is here printed for the readers of AA (that evening read by the actor Francoise Lepoix). The dossier also includes a discussion with the translator Bruno Meur and ends with an extract from Pierre Radvanyi's book of memories about his mother Anna Seghers, in which the family's stay in the West Indies in 1941 on the flight from Europe to America is described.

Dieses Dossier ist dem letzten Erzählzyklus von Anna Seghers, Drei Frauen aus Haiti, gewidmet, der anlässlich des Erscheinens seiner französischen Übersetzung am 15. Oktober 2014 im Heinrich-Heine-Haus, Paris, vorgestellt wurde. Hélène Roussel ordnet zunächst diesen Zyklus in das Gesamtwerk der Autorin ein und gibt dann eine kurze Einleitung zu jeder Erzählung, von der ein Auszug (an diesem Abend von der Schauspielerin Françoise Lepoix vorgelesen) hier für die Leser von AA abgedruckt ist. Das Dossier wird durch ein Gespräch mit dem Übersetzer, Bruno Meur, ergänzt und endet mit einem Auszug aus Pierre Radvanyis Erinnerungsbuch über seine Mutter Anna Seghers, in dem der Aufenthalt der Familie in der Karibik, 1941 auf der Flucht von Europa nach Amerika, geschildert wird.
